Gastronology and Revogan join forces to distribute Dysphalicious in Belgium
Through a strategic partnership with Belgian family-owned company Revogan, the Dysphalicious range will also become available to residential care facilities and hospitals in Belgium from August 2026.
Gastronology is taking an important step across the border. Together with Revogan, a Belgian family-owned company and specialist in scientifically substantiated nutritional solutions, the Dysphalicious range will now also be available to residential care facilities, hospitals and healthcare professionals in Belgium. This brings safe, familiar and delicious food for people with chewing and swallowing difficulties to the Belgian healthcare market.
Both companies are built on a strong entrepreneurial vision around the same belief: people with specific nutritional needs, deserve food that is both safe and appealing. Revogan has been working closely with dietitians, speech and language therapists, physicians and healthcare institutions for many years. Gastronology brings innovative 3D printing technology and industrially produced Dysphalicious recipes to the partnership, developed under the responsibility of an SVH Master Chef and fully compliant with the international IDDSI Level 4 guidelines.
“Revogan knows the Belgian healthcare market like no other and shares our belief that food for vulnerable groups should never compromise on taste, safety or dignity,” says Peter Nieuwkerk, founder and CEO of Gastronology. For healthcare institutions, the partnership means easier access to a ready-to-use, high-quality range produced through a controlled industrial process that meets stringent requirements for hygiene, food safety and traceability.
Part of the Dysphalicious range will be available to Belgian healthcare institutions for ordering through Revogan from August 2026. In the coming period, both companies aim to further develop the partnership by gradually expanding the product range.
